TPDL 2019 – Call for papers

The call for papers for the 23rd International Conference on Theory and Practice of Digital Libraries is now open. The general theme for the 2019 edition  is "Connecting with Communities".

The conference will take place in Oslo, Norway on 9-12 September, 2019.

  • Proposals are classified in the following categories: Full papers presenting original work (14 pages, LNCS format)
  • Short papers presenting original work (8 pages, LNCS format)
  • Posters and Demos (4 pages, LNCS format)
  • Doctoral Consortium papers (6 pages, LNCS format)
  • Panels (1 page, short informal description)
  • Tutorials and Hands-on sessions (1 page, short informal description)
  • Workshops (1-3 pages, informal description)

Conference proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS, ISSN 0302-9743 series).

All paper, poster and demo submissions have to be in English and submitted as a PDF file following the LNCS guidelines via the conference’s submission page:

  • Notification of decisions for Papers, Posters and Demos: June 3, 2019
  • Doctoral Consortium submissions: June 14, 2019
