The call for papers for the 23rd International Conference on Theory and Practice of Digital Libraries is now open. The general theme for the 2019 edition is "Connecting with Communities".
The conference will take place in Oslo, Norway on 9-12 September, 2019.

- Panels (1 page, short informal description)

Conference proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS, ISSN 0302-9743 series).
