The University of Guadalajara has joined the Center of Competence in Digitisitation as a Premium member. It is the first institution in Latin America to become a member of IMPACT.

ugpWith the addition of this institution are already 40 members that make up this international organization dedicated to the research and development of tools for digitizing texts and historical documents.
The University of Guadalajara will coordinate the Latin American chapter of IMPACT, which will be presented at the Guadalajara Book Fair, to be held from November 28th until December 6th.
